#goldenfling

Spring Fling once again descended upon Penn's campus a couple weekends ago.

In typical Nat & Laur style, we snagged the first opportunity to flee campus, to escape the raucous Vineyard Vines-clad freshmen touting red solo cups and the irritating buzzing that kids these days call music --

-- and cabbed to Old City for dinner at the dining establishment at the top of my Penn bucket list: Zahav.

We shared pitchers of their delicious lemonnana cocktail while indulging in traditional Israeli fare: hummus, grape leaves, haloumi, and kofke, to name a few. Zahav means golden in Hebrew -- just the word I would use to describe this truly fantastic meal shared between the best of friends.

After munching to our tummies' content, we met our male counterparts at a club in the Gayborhood. We danced until our feet ached and our cheeks burned from laughing. Here's to many more nights I'll (hardly) remember with the people I'll never forget --

xoxo
